What is a Postpartum Doula?
First and foremost, a postpartum doula nurtures the mother so she can better nurture the baby.
I can help with feeding support and other tasks, such as; cooking, light cleaning, care for baby while parents rest, grocery shopping, giving baby care tips, baby baths, swaddling issues, go with mom on her first outing with baby, care for baby overnight so parents can sleep, and so much more. I even offer services before baby arrives. Those kinds of services include; helping organize nursery / baby items, help with meal prep, run short errands, light cleaning, and more.
